I'm not a dietician. I just know I feel like shit when I eat like shit.
I used to basically live at Wendy's. Breakfast and dinner at least 5 days a week. And it felt awful. I was always lethargic, and I just felt heavy and unmotivated. Not to mention, I spent a shit ton on Baconators.
Again, I'm not a scientist of any kind, but I do know that what we eat affects our brain chemistry.
It doesn't seem like it has anything to do with quitting porn, but it does. When you eat a heavy, greasy meal, it just kills any motivation you had. When you don't have that sharp mindset, you're more likely to be lulled into watching porn.
When you put good things into your body, your body will thank you and reward you with a sharp, clear, level-headed mind. This makes it easier to say no to yourself. Eventually the more you say no, the easier it gets.
My advice is to cut out the fast food, as well as anything store bought with a shit ton of preservatives. Buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Go to Sprout's or Amazon Fresh, or Trader Joe's, Kroger, Target, etc. and buy some healthy snacks.
I'm one of the laziest people out there. I like a consistent routine, and I hate spending more than 10 minutes in the grocery store. But this is important. Take the time to look at the healthy options and try a few new things. You don't have to go cold turkey, ease into it. I promise if you really make an effort, it'll help boost your mood, which lowers the likelihood of spending your idle time watching porn.
